IT IS DONE!
I completed my final interview for the book: #117 What an amazing interview too. Capt. Charlie Plumb was a US Navy Pilot and was a POW in Vietnam for 2103 days. Our conversation explored life-changing topics about the virtues and heart of a protector. He brought up something so profound that no one else I've interviewed has ever brought it up - it's so good it is going to have to go into the book. I am now shifting to the writing process for the book. The real work begins - review of research, assembling the content, outlining the book, etc. I'm super excited to start! DATA Total number of interviews: 117 Total number of minutes recorded: 4134 (68.9 hours) Professions interviewed: US Navy (Corspman, SEALS), Army (Rangers & Infantry), Air Force (Fighter Pilot), Marines, Coast Guard, Executive Protectors, Special Forces and Special Operations, Government Agencies (Federal and State), Firefighters, EMT's, Authors, Trainers, Business Owners, Scientists, Researchers, Civilian survivors of Violence, and more. I am eternally grateful to each and every man and woman who interviewed for this project. Your willingness to be candid, to share your stories and experiences are the only reason why this project exists. I will do my best to honor you all by writing a tremendous book which captures the essence of what you told me. Get ready for an AMAZING book! Arigato gozaimasu! Check out more about Capt.
